Pro:I had a credit score of 512 CK. I got approved for $500 and it has gone up to $1500 after one year. My credit score is now 630. Make sure you keep ure balance under 30% usage. i.e. my limit is $1500 so i keep my balance under $450. That is what's building my credit.

Con:Always pay on time b/c the fee is $40 and intrest kicks in after your first year.

My account gets "locked" every few weeks.  I'm tired of it.  I will be looking for another card.  If I can't get access, how do I make payments???

I have been working on my credit with Credit Karma for a little over a year.  It has been slowlwy moving in the right direction.  I kept seeing a "F" for credit card utilization because i did not have a card.  My score finally peaked ar 604 for 5 months in a row and i though why not lets give it a try.  Instant approval 2000 CL Zero Intrest until January 2015.  I am older and wiser so i know how to use cards now and I can only see this as a way to boost my score.  Live within your means don't over extend and pay your bills and good things will happen to you.

I've been with CapOne for 7 years, with a 693 credit score and well above average income. In this time I've received one increase of two hundred dollars. I've always paid the card in full every three months carrying a zero balance. TIME TO CHANGES CARDS ! ! I don't believe this is how loyal customers should be treated.

With a mid 600 credit score I applied for a Capitol One Platinum Nov. 2003, was approved for a $500 credit limit. Not much but better than nothing. There really is not much you can do with such a low limit but needed a place to start rebuilding my credit. (Fill in sad story here)

With all the reviews I really did not expect to see much of a increase after 6 months. But today when I checked my account, $1500. limit.

For anyone needing a credit card to help rebuild, this is a great place to start. There are only two items on my reports, a car loan and this card. NO late payments.

Customer Service has always been helpful, intrest rate is high, and the annual fee is just something you will have to deal with. I don't carry a balance so it's the only way they make money with me, and thats ok.

I would recomend this card.

Well, after signing up with with CreditKarma I browsed around to see what other services CreditKarma had to offer besides a credit score/report.

It came to my surprise that I was offered a Capital One Cassic Platinum Credit Card, due to my low CK score of 588 :-/

Well, I decided to take a gamble and I applied and after hearing the usual speech of, "Sir, if you do not get approved you will receive a lette in the mail..." Which I thought I wasn't going to be appoved, but then the representative tells me I am APPROVED! Yes, it was a low limit of $300, but it is a great way to rebuild my credit.

I will only use it to pay for netflix and small things, where hopefully I will get my credit up.
